Welcome to Troop 450 of the Mount Diablo Silverado Council, Diablo Sunrise District. Our troop is chartered by the Rotary Club of The Delta. Our Troop meets the first 3 Tuesdays of the month at 7:00 p.m. at Black Diamond Middle School Cafeteria on 4730 Sterling Hill Drive, Antioch, CA 94531

July 2nd Swim test practice at Mr. Dunns 1pm-3pm

We will be swimming at Mr. Dunns 3874 Roundhill dr Pittsburg- swim test practice. Be prepared to do the following

SWIMMER’S TEST:

Jump feetfirst into water over the head in depth, level off, and begin swimming. Swim 75 yards in a strong manner using one or more of the following strokes: sidestroke, breaststroke, trudgen, or crawl; then swim 25 yards using an easy resting backstroke. The 100 yards must be swum continuously and include at least one sharp turn. After completing the swim, rest by floating.

We will be meeting at my house 3874 Roundhill dr. Pittsburg at 7pm for swim test practice and TROOP ELECTIONS

Oct. 7-8 Webelos Woods at Camp Fetterman

We will be hosting an Obstacle Course at Camp Fetterman for Webelos Woods. We will build the course in the weeks prior to the event- Deliver and setup Friday night Oct. 7th and run the course Saturday Oct. 8th. Friday night camping is optional but preferred. Please sign up

NEW- BOARD OF REVIEW SIGN UPS

There is now a Board of Review sign up on the Troop website. You will see in Event Registration where you can click on a Board of Review Sign Up to be scheduled for the first Troop meeting of the following month. These requests must be entered by the date shown above the BOARD OF REVIEW SIGN UP – the event sign up will disappear if it is past the due date but you can view it in the Calendar. Adults are also encouraged to add their names to the list to participate. Please email Mrs. Patania once you have signed up to let her know you have submitted a request   m.pataniardh@yahoo.com  Please remember all Scouts attending a Board of Review need to be in FULL CLASS A Uniform and have their Scout Handbooks with them.
